It should create a .hml file (to the location you selected in above step)
Open the .hml file, it may ask you wat program to open with....just use IE.
Then copy and paste the data from there

Your 6600GT is running hot. Its not the worst I've ever seen but it's idling at 65degs.....
I have a 6600GT and its idling today at 50degs.
Can you try take the card out and reseat in the AGP slot?0 -
If it's running hot, it may be worth giving it a clean too. Dust can clog up the fan and conduct the heat.0
