Hi My wife is nagging at me to set her up for online bingo and I was just wondering what would happen if I used my Cahoot web card. This is a card that is generated each time I want to make a transaction and I put an amount on it equal to the transaction. Would this stop any unauthorised transactions?

im having problems with these people, i withdrew £50 on wink bingo and £60 on 888 ladies weeks ago and nothing has gone into my bank account. having already emailed both sites, rang their helplines AND gone into live help all they keep telling me is that the money was successfully processed and went into my bank account. which it didn't. i can not find a number for aquapay/brigend anywhere and the email addy for them doesn't work. wink won't or can't give me a no for them and the same with 888. im bloody furious. they have apparently investigated my problem and sent me an email this morning saying the same crap about the money being in my bank and congratulating on my win!!!!! i have now offered to send bank statements to prove the money didn't go in and now no-one will email or speak to me, sorry to go but im sooooooo mad:mad:

Just to make people aware that we have money taken by aquapay, albeit with consent and only £5, but that was with foxy's bingo, so beware that foxy's bingo site also use aquapay too. Thanks for all the tips, ideas and info. Cheers

we have noticed that aquapay have been putting there sticky fingers in to our bank account also, after my partner had played on bingo site cheeky bingo, i would say roughly over 100 pounds have disappeared out of it with out authourisation, we have had to cancel our cards. i think this is a disgrace and has put us both off from internet shopping tottally.

Hi i live in Germany and only on receipt of my creditcard bill did i notice a dibit from AQUA PAY of 500 quid!!! I have never heard of them and don`t know what to do!!! can anybody give me any advice??? Would be very gratefull.

i have had the excat same thing happen to me today!

my bank have rung me to say there were some strange goings on with my account and there has been £400 ish taken by this aqua pay! which has not be authorised by myself!
my very luck my bank caught it before the money had been debitted from my bank! so i have not lost the money thankfully!

Very impressed with Halifax who i bank with for catching it so quickly"! :T

aquapay have just taken £500 outta my bank account ,i am speechless has anyone ever had their money back.HELP:mad::eek:

Seems that Aqua pay also are with winkbingo who normally uses bridgend some im kinda confused myself, it was their wording on the email made me want to check what the hell it meant because it mentioned refund and not withdrawl.

I too have discovered that the equivalent in £ of 300 USD has been taken off my business credit card and went to Aqua pay.

A fraud investigation is ongoing. I hope they get these !!!!!!!s :mad: .
