No surprise, it happened last time as well and the tastelondon representative came back giving excuses they did not anticipate so many hits to the site.

The offer didn't work. I don't think the website was set up to cope with the traffic it received. I did it bang on 12 and when you try to submit you get the error message saying the internet webpage cannot be displayed...so couldn't even get the month trial :-(

I'm used to buying Glastonbury tickets, so this is very familiar indeed! Managed to fill in the form, but I don't think it successfully submitted. Now for the F5 refresh mission.

It once took me 6 straight hours of refreshing and redialling to get Glastonbury tickets. You just need a little patience!

Appalling service. Managed to enter details 3 or 4 times but each time came back with a session timed out screen. Grrrr!!!

How hard is it to check if your system can cope with the added visitors (it's not the first time they've run this).
