That means the connection timed out and the data couldn't be sent, it's already stored your info so if you hit resend it will try and send the data again in hope the connection will work this time, so it's fine to resend it.

Looks like this will be a game of who can wait around long enough for the server to start working again.

What a waste of time. Waited for the countdown and refreshed the page...nothing happened. Refreshed a few times and still nothing. Then it changed to "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

I expected there to be a high level of applicants but I really thought I'd have a chance if I was quick enough.

Yeah I got it to work but whether I will be lucky I don't know.
