Today has been very hectic, and tomorrow is looking just as chaotic!
I have managed to get two loads of washing washed and dried, load and run dishwasher.....then cooked tea so need to empty and reload now before bed............really don’t want to but I am going to make myself. Been to watch big DS in Christmas Carole Concert this evening, delivered meat I got at a absolute bargain from work to family...then fell asleep watching spooks!!
Almost everything xmas wise is sorted, just got to nip (use this term loosely...cause it will take hours!!) into town and pick up one more present and get a few things from Tesco. I hardly go in Tesco now...since my MSE revolution. Am actually amazed that I really used to spend between £70-£90 in their most weeks... what was I buying???????? As this spending era was pre my spending diary...we shall probably never know!!
Then tomorrow night will wrap the kids presses...I love this and am really looking forward to it.
Also in between this got to do general tidying , hoover and dust down stairs and clean the bathroom. I try to clean things before they get dirty now...as find it saves time in the long run, and does not get on my nerves. I think I am grumpy when the house is untidy.
So the slow cooker will be doing its magic tomorrow as its going to be a busy one.
Going to make OH wash and peel the spuds....as he picked up mucky ones cause they are £2 a sack cheaper...I think the extra £2 is worth it as saves time and nail polish but was over ruled!!
Right off to face the dishwasher and check the banking then bed xxxxLBM Total: £33356 15/11/09  £6085.63 paid

:T:T:TYES!! Just checked TOP cashback and have now got £63.18 payable, so have requested payment now. So this money I shall be overpaying my MBNA credit card with...so pleased as did not think there would be any overpayments this month.
Also a family member owes us £65, from September, and they say they are paying it back this week too...so that can also go towards an over payment.
Feel mean asking for this now, but we really can't afford to leave it any longer. MIL not imressed that we asked for it two weeks before xmas....I feel its unfair of her to say this and take the other persons side...as we have already waited over three months for the money. Learnt a lesson tho don't lend money unless you can aford to lose it!!LBM Total: £33356 15/11/09  £6085.63 paid

Hi Chops :hello:
I didn't know you had a diary *subscribes*
You sound like you're motoring along! :T I'll be tuning on for tips
I know what you mean about previously wasting money. I cringe when I go out shopping now, as I can see how I used to buy anything and everything without a second thought
Hopefully this time next year, we'll be in a much healthier position!0 -
