  • ps, just to tell again, I have found house clearance now anyway that will help me with it all. They will pay for good stuff and help me shift the no good stuff as well. and take their price from their work. So no one suffers.

    OP one of the problems wth text/chat/email is that readers don't get the visual messages to go along with the words. And it's the nature of forums that a lot people don't read every single post but rather just the first. Maybe that first post doesn't come across to people as you intended.

    I appreciate things are tough for but and we're all guilty of judging at one time or another. Somethimes, it's difficult to summon empathy when what appears before you seems contrary to your values.

    Try not to dwell on this. Every time the topic appears at the top of the page someone has the opportunity to say something you won't like. Rightly or wrongly people will think what they think and I very much doubt you can change that.
    Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response. :D
  • My husband was laid off work a few months ago cause his company closed down and he been looking for work ever since. As for myself, I am sick at the moment with a few health probs. But when I get a bit better I can work again.

    Ladywriter - May god bless your dad. Dementia is awful for anybody but most especially for loved ones. I hope your dad is happy in his new home. Good luck to your husband on his quest for work, and i hope you are healthy soon
