    All work calls done for today, so need to get out and get this parcel posted, do some flying and then settle down to do some writing this evening!

    Oh yes... and ice the cake :rolleyes:. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with once it's iced though! Use it for practice I guess.

    Dailies

    WM x3 ..
    TD x2
    DW x1
    Laundry folded and away
    Put up curtain pole in the back room bay.. and rehang blue curtains.. WARMTH!
    Curtain pole back up in middle room
    Binbags to charity shop.. I have 4 to take now :D
    Take carrier of clothes to nursery..
    Rehang boys door.. they have split the door so I need a new one methinks! :eek:

    Decorating..

    Sand ceiling
    Paint ceiling
    undercoat skirting
    undercoat doors and wall
    Strip remaining ancient paper off last wall
    Sand walls
    Lining paper the bits that need it.. there is only a very small bit to do... 3-4 strips :D
    Paint walls cream
    Paint red bits of wall
    Gloss wall and doors
    Gloss woodwork
    Hang mirrors
    Die of exhaustion before starting the next room..

    Monday ~ Living room, hall and stairs
    Level One
    Level Two
    Wipe the sofas
    Level Three
    Clear and wipe the mantel and put back only what should be there.

    Tuesday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
    mop floor
    Level Two
    Wipe out the fridge
    Level Three
    Clean through the cupboard full of food..

    Extras
    1. Clean the oven and hob
    2. Clean fish
    Wednesday~ Master bedroom and landing
    Level One
    Declutter floors
    Strip and wash bedding..
    Level Two
    Vacuum floor
    Level Three


    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms
    Clean baths, toilets and sinks
    Level Two
    Level Three
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom

    I need to check Moomins trainers too.. bollards.. she needs new ones.. :cry:

    Weekend jobs

    Mattress to DS1's
    Table and body to mothers
    Landing decorated.. see above!
    Declutter boys room :D .. They are off to their dads so I can throw out their junk without them clinging on to it.
    Scrub out recycling boxes so I can fill them with toys!.. we are getting different ones next week so I won't need them.

    I work with somebody who put their tree(s) up two weeks ago. Four of them.

    I have to be dragged kicking and screaming to put it up the weekend before Christmas!

    (Bah humbug).

    Washing all dry and folded and put away.

    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One

    Clean floors in these rooms done
    Clean baths, toilets and sinks done
    Level Two
    Clear any clutter from desk - done yesterday
    Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!) done yesterday
    Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important).. And your house phone.. they must be just as vile.. done yesterday
    Level Three
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom done
    Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required dont have one
    Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!! Just going to do this.

    Extra mission:
    • Sort through those half empty bottles or ones with only a dribble left and decant into one bottle and recycle the rest!! Unfortunately realised I now need bubble bath.
    • Wash your bathroom mats etc Threw it out last week
    • Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be Done this, now got a massive ebay pile
    • Spend 15 minutes shining mirrors and picture frames! I can see myself now!
    WAYHAY I HAVE DONE IT ALL!!

    I'm going to put my tree up on the 1st december I think. Its the wee ones first Xmas (well thats my excuse anyway) Now just need to convince my mum to get her Xmas stuff down out the loft so I can aquire it.

    Busy all day so not read past this page but Xmas Tree :eek: Mine can stay where it is for at least another 3/4 weeks. Tbh am contemplating not bothering putting one up at all this year :o

    Level 1 bathroom and cloakroom done for today, plus shower screen, towels and mirrors

    changed all the beds
    WM - tumble dried - and put away!

    my new mantra is not to put the washing on unless I have time to get it dry and put it away (let's see how long that lasts)

    made some Twinks for school trip tomorrow and soup for me.

    that doesn't sound like much now I've typed it out :confused:

    Just thinking of all the effort that goes into it :rolleyes: and have moved furniture around since last year and I was just sitting looking and really dont know where I would put it this year!! Got loads of other decorations - lights and garlands etc so think I may just make do. My children are older (17 and 19) so will ask them what they think before I make any decision ;)
