    Afternoon all

    Today's list all done :)

Two loads of washing whizzing round on the line, including the heavy throw from the living room. Think some of it is nearly dry.

Went up to the bank early this morning, took ages to walk round to it because of all the barricades - Peter Andre is switching on the Christmas lights this afternoon, reckon it will be heaving up there! Luckily/unluckily I will be going to work. I don't particularly dislike him but I don't do crowds.

Off to catch up, then I'll check the washing.

Oooh, you will probably see my grandparents and my dad, they always go! They dress up too in 50's gear, it's brill!

Kezlou I’m feeling tired and not really in the mood for doing anything, but I’m glad I’ve done a few bits today, dreading doing this cooking, I’m sure I’m going to mess it up. I’ve got that sinking feeling in my stomach and a stress headache coming on. Thanks for asking tho, sorry to whinge. How are you today?

Valli I find it very interesting how little washing I’ve had to do since I bagged up all DH’s “half worn” clothes a couple of weeks ago. Hardly anything. Then a top and some socks fell out of his holiday rucksack (yes, he hasn’t unpacked since our holiday in OCTOBER) and he bunged those in the wash, even tho they clean (every thing in that bag was clean as far as I know).

In my HHC, I washed up, and started off my water filter now the new cartridge has come from Mr T (I got the wrong one a few weeks ago - does anyone want a Brita Classic cartridge), and peeled and diced 5 carrots with a very blunt knife, must get DH to sharpen it later.

Thursday, Bathrooms and study-not started anything yet.

DH drank nearly two bottles of wine last night and then sat up nearly all night unable to sleep so we are both like zombies today.

I have managed to get him a day's work when the weather is better. We are in the middle of an almighty storm here. I don't dare go out in the car this afternoon as the flooding on the roads is dreadful.

sexymouse I am sorry you are poorly but glad it is something to make the head have to take notice. My HOD told me not to have odd days off and not to go back until I am fully recovered. That was five years ago!!

I know she didn't believe me when I was really struggling to go in every day. She told me I HAD to give her notice the day before if I was going to be ill. Some people don't have an ounce of sympathy in them. Your head sounds like that.

scotrae Best of luck with your job application. I hope your headache etc are better soon.

Toots and AnWsmum I am glad you both had a lovely time together. Toots can I be nosey and ask where you live? I just wondered if it was travellable for me.

PP I have given in and started doing the C things now but only on line. I am not going into any shops.

hollyh Bunnies are very particular about where they poo. Mine used to like to go behind the TV when they were in the house. Luckily I found it straight away. And the guinnea pigs ate all the velcro off the kids new trainers (three pairs) when I let them have the run of the hall!! That was a long time ago, but still remembered in this house.

valli I am sorry to say that they don't seem to learn. DS2 is 21 now and he has been looking for kit he put in the wash basket too late. This morning he was rummaging in the laundry pile in my bedroom looking for his favourite T shirt.

wilf It doesn't sound like you shoud be doing all that carrying and the weather is so bad for trying to move furniture outdoors I hope you are okay and this doesn't make you fell worse.
