So glad you had a positive outcome and things look so much brighter now. I think keeping it professional is always the way to go. The main thing for me, is that she has acknowledged she made a mistake and offered an apology and discount. I am sure she will do everything in her power to make sure the rest of your wedding planning is as stressfree and special as she can.
