What absolute rubbish, Your confidence in tracking amazes me as

I now know that you have no idea what you are talking about.

I dislike putting people on ignore. So please make relevant points. Not rubbish what may well work well for other people.

I don't run a penny bazaar or market stall. I myself wish to deal with professional sellers as a buyer.

I still don't understand why you wish to pay extra to protect your sellers from yourself?

However, you are perfectly at liberty to pay whatever you want of course but it just struck me as an odd thing to do.

In summary. Its reputation as a business. I buy, sell and trade in a niche market. I treat all my customers the same whether they spend £20 a month, £20 a year or £1,000 in a single transaction. Without doubt it works for me.

Is this the sort of comment that you make to potential customers and a reflection of how you treat them service wise?
  • dispute now states being reviewed by paypal and

Information provided by the postal service shows that the item is still in transit. Once the package is delivered, we will review this case and make a decision.

What info do they mean? it doesnt look like the seller has submitted anything that can show this as she certainly couldn't give it to me?

    Confused!!

actually she has submitted a usps tracking number which i assume must be fake or for a different item as she never gave me this, usps merely says

    Label/Receipt Number: LC11 2646 196U S
    Class: First-Class Mail International
    Service(s): International Letter
    Status: Acceptance

Your item was accepted at 9:18 AM on October 13, 2009 in BRODHEADSVILLE, PA 18322. No further information is available for this item.

but why didnt she give me this in the first place ? is this a false tracking number or for another item?
can i add more comments to the dispute?

the number she has given for usps tracking is the same one she gave me from the customs form.

    whats going on??

US customs are far tighter on documentation completion.

In the US you can be severely fined for misdeclarations. Many business sellers will no longer understate goods values on customs forms. As this can be checked back through their business records at a later date.

Maybe the seller is new to exporting. Hence the confusion. Many Americans can't be bothered to deal abroad. Its a low value item. You can now track it. So chill out.
