As it was me that put the figure in of the 62 confirmed susides, it is a fact confirmed by the Mon of J, if anyone thinks it is 'alledged' please take that up with them and dont waist time here.

Speedster, take it from me the best way to deal with LG is to ignore her and don't get involved in anything as she has a onesided view of things and in my view refuses to accept official figures that are produced by the gov eg 62 deaths attributed to teh CSA, she also refuses to acknowledge the relevence of the 'paper trail', see previous statments by her on other threads. Per chance she is trying to tell us that teh Min of Justice is giveing out false information and that the Minister is misleading the House of Commons from the Dispatch Box? Something I find hard to give creadence!

One thing I would point out is that NRP's are both male and female something that may have been lost on some people.

I wish the OP the best of luck in their battle.

As LG has called me a lier I now have nothing to reply to her untill she appoligies for this, and again my opinion, she has not got what it takes to admit that. If she feels that she has to report me for this I hope she will as her own post prove her past!

1 - arguing and calling each other names isn't going to help anyone OR achieve anything constrcutive...
2 - if you don't like a poster on here you have a wonderful facility called "ignore" - you will find it in your control panel I believe... :)

Be nice to all money savers!

PS any spelling mistakes in MY posts could btw be down to mistyping, having english as my 3rd language OR the fact I'm mildly dyslexic... Annoying though I find slang typing or terrible spelling I do my darnedest not to comment on it - not everyone was fortunate enough to have an English teacher like mine who made sure we knew where every ' should be and how to spell :)
And yes it makes me cringe too when I see people typing "text" speak... but 99% of the time I deal with it by ignoring them - it would simply do my head in otherwise :)

    Are you for real???

Firstly, I assume that by "anout" you actually mean "about" ??? Please confirm.

PWC = Parent With Care.............so by definition that particular parent (in 92% of cases that is the mother) lives with AND is quite at liberty to exercise PAS (Parental Alienation Syndrome) upon those saddened children who have, through no fault of their own, lost regular contact with their daddy.

62 NRP, CSA based suicides.............are you getting it yet?

Quote "emotional and financial mess" unquote..........Is it not at all possible that the 'emotional mess' may have been caused by the laws of this fine land that we live in (lmfao) forcing fathers, oops, I mean NRPs to be detatched from their beloved kids and the 'financial mess' actually be caused by the CSA and their inability to act in a rational way in deciding what each individual NRP "victim" can afford to pay?

At least CSA1 allowed for a bloke (oops, how silly of me, I mean NRP) to rent or buy a place big enough to house his beloved children for the obligatory 1 night in 14. CSA2 is probably what drove those poor 62 souls (R.I.P) to their graves.

CSA2 is flawed and is a national disgrace, as are each and every of the CSA case workers that I have had the displeasure of dealing with.

I have an awful feeling that 62 will not be the final total........

    careful. you'll get reported. ;)

and to pick up on silly spelling mistakes just goes to prove the lack of substance to the debate.

62 people have committed suicide due to the csa - does anyone have the full financial details of these people? Proof they had no other debt?

    I thought not.

People do commit suicide for financial reasons, but there is usually a whole catalogue of debt (in simple terms not just a case of having to pay csa).

The figures are that the CSA have been found guilty of causing 62 people to take their own lives as recorded by the Courts. The result is that they lost their 'Crown Imunity' in April of this year, and are now liable for prosicution under the 'Corp Manslaughter Legislation'. Effectivly this means that the case officer that puts the pressure on a person to the level that they can see no way of going on is open to arrest and the people above him as well.

In Dorset the police have lost one of their own and I am informed that they are waiting for their chance for 'pay back'!

    Is that true?
Have they really lost Crown Immunity from prosecution?
Is the Dorset force really awaiting their chance to 'payback'?
