CSA taking to much, what can I do

it seems that because a few posters post their personnal situations, it's taken as gospel.
DEO's and DD's are the preferred methods of collection now. i pay by SO, it's either that or they get nothing as i'm LTD.
DEO's ARE issued like sweets.if they aren't then (pwc) is extremely unlucky.
the present steer is to issue DEO's for up to 40% to try and get figures up.
although this board is good, there are only a few informed posters. the majority are just posting their personal situations, and passing them off as the norm, which is far from the accurate big picture.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Contrary to popular belief on these boards, the csa do not issue DEO's like sweeties - if they did my ex wouldn't have escaped 3 times.
although relevant to your case, not really a statistic though is it?
one job hopping nrp isn't basis for a majority decision is it?NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

You have hit the nail on the head with your comment, quoted above. IMHO, as far as the CSA are concerned, male nrp = scum.
I also agree with a previous poster in this thread that topping yourself is not the answer, although I am not convinced that certain CSA case-workers would agree!
the csa has driven many men to suicide. they have been hauled up over it in numerous coroners courts.
not that the wimmins brigade would ever acknowledge it on here.NEVER ARGUE WITH AN IDIOT. THEY'LL DRAG YOU DOWN TO THEIR LEVEL AND BEAT YOU WITH EXPERIENCE.

Me too!
I am both a PWC and NRPP and although I don't recieve as much from my child's NRP as I would via the CSA I have no wish for him to suffer the harrassment (even though he is a pillock) that my partner has suffered.Good Enough Club member number 20 -
There's only one person that can decide to take their own lifes and that is the person. No one hands them a packet of pills or whatever....they make the decision. A truly selfish decision mind, but their decision. Leave your kids with no father - great parenting there:rolleyes:0

The figures are that the CSA have been found guilty of causing 62 people to take their own lives as recorded by the Courts. The result is that they lost their 'Crown Imunity' in April of this year, and are now liable for prosicution under the 'Corp Manslaughter Legislation'. Effectivly this means that the case officer that puts the pressure on a person to the level that they can see no way of going on is open to arrest and the people above him as well.
In Dorset the police have lost one of their own and I am informed that they are waiting for their chance for 'pay back'!
The basic fact is that people have to be able to survive first before that can help others, if they cant look after themselvs and are then driven to dispear and depression they will take their own lives as a result. The people that cause the strees are the people that are creating the situation that then leads to death, and they are guilty of taking life!0 -

That's if the PWC allows you to be a parent instead of reducing one to being merely a sperm donor and walking wallet!0 -
why do some individuals insist on believing that suicide is a rational decision? the fact is that at the point of 'deciding' the person sees no conceivable alternative to this course of action. the really selfish people are those who are in a position to see what is happening and/or influence the outcome but who fail to do so.Eat food.
