  • Oh dear!! What aload of bitter and twisted pwc and nrp that are on this thread. Have you gone back and read yourselves and your all are supose to be....wait for it.....MATURE ADULTS

With the lack of family intelligence on hear, makes me wonder how some of us are rearing our children

There are both equally anti-mum and anti-dad on hear!!

The way some think and feel is quite a frigtening read!!

Oh well I aint got no hang ups, there are just as many twisted selfish mothers as there are fathers.

As PAS says its only the parents who are educated who will hold no grudges where their children are concerned.

The problem here is the nrp and pwc both moan about the money, one is paying to much one is not getting enough, one wants more because the nrp has just had a rise. Parents with care wont let the nrp see children or limit/take away contact. NRP want no contact or cant get enough contact.

Some pwc and nrp are not flexible, some want it all but dont want to give nothing back.

OMG!!! What a shambles it all is and thing is nothing will change until you all stand up and fight for your rights as parents and am not talking paying solicitors am talking let the government know how the system is un-fair.

    Is that true?
Have they really lost Crown Immunity from prosecution?
Is the Dorset force really awaiting their chance to 'payback'?

    Probably not, lets be honest.

No doubt there's 'have been papers seen' on it:rolleyes:

it seems that because a few posters post their personnal situations, it's taken as gospel.

DEO's and DD's are the preferred methods of collection now. i pay by SO, it's either that or they get nothing as i'm LTD.

DEO's ARE issued like sweets.if they aren't then (pwc) is extremely unlucky.

the present steer is to issue DEO's for up to 40% to try and get figures up.

although this board is good, there are only a few informed posters. the majority are just posting their personal situations, and passing them off as the norm, which is far from the accurate big picture.
Apologies to the OP, but I just wanted to comment on the above post.

I am both a PWC and a NRP who has submitted a claim via the CSA and subsequently had one made against me.

I have no idea whether my ex pays by DEO or DD. However, when I had my decision letter to pay him, it stated that they would be collecting my payments via DEO. As I hadn't been consulted about this, and had been fully compliant, needless to say I called straight away and changed my payment method to DD.

It would appear that in new cases, DEO is the default method of collection
