I bought a pack of nails from a poundshop once (I wanted to hang a few pictures) - I think they must have been made out of play-doh the way they bended! As I was hammering them in, they were simply bending i half!
Serves me right I suppose, there was about 100 nails for £1!I smile because I have no idea what is going on0 -

Don't bother with Poundland hem it/invisible mending stuff it's rubbish, seems to have dissolved after a few washes.Booo!!!0

Don't buy the cans of instant tyre fix from Poundland that's designed for bicycles. All it does is clog up the valve and does not fix the puncture.
I sprayed a whole load of it in a bin and it just disappears. It's just a can of suds. Mind you it does smell quite nice, but that's not what I bought it for.0 -
When it leaks above ground then it is dangerous.
When it leaks underground it is safe.

Don't buy 'Galpharm Non-Drowsy Hayfever & Allergy Relief' packs of 7 tablets in Poundland. Some LIDL supermarkets sell the same tablets but in packs of 14 for the same price.:cool:0

avoid there adjustable spanners. they adjust themselve loose the moment you try using them. The plyers are as good as useless as well0
