Not don't care, I was worried about how much it would cost, I prefer the fixed tarriff.

I found I was wondering how much water was going in my watering can when feeding my garden and how much it would cost for the two cans I used every few days.

Now I can freely turn on the sprinkler system and buy one of those cheap pools from Costco ;)

    Have a thanks back :)

A single person "family" or a household of only one or two, is often better off with a meter. No guarantees here, but the standard charge "per household" is usually based on the average (water) consumption of a family of four.

You might think you are getting one over on the water company - but you might actually be better off on a meter.

    :D
    Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac ;)
