Try 31 days to start with or less if you wish!
Any change in behaviour and money spending is a good one and if this didn't strike a chord you wouldn't have looked here!

Cheers fedup!
And as for the fancy 'here' thing, I asked and was told by the computer geeks that if you go to advanced reply and look up at the toolbar just above the text box, then highlight the word you want to turn into a link, look at the little symbol next to 'increase indent' (It's called 'insert link' and it a little picture of the world with some sort of round white thing in front of it (apparently it's supposed to be a link like a link in a chain), then click on it, and in the text box next to 'URL:' paste the writing that makes up the address in the text box of the page you want to link to, then press 'OK', it will make you a fancy link like here (check out post no 55 by zigmeister for an easier explanation!)

Hi SarahNeedle1872,
Please could you add me onto this challenge! I would like to do 100 days from today - 2 March 2010.
I would like to give up the following 3 things:
1) Not buying any new shampoo/conditioner/skincare until current products have run out
2) Not buying any lovely new spangly make-up!
3) Start going swimming at least twice a week - 20 lengths minimum each time
Cheers!! :jMFW 2012 #145 - Overpayments - £0.00/£20000 -
I'm going to join. PLEASE
1) Do not buy lunch at work or at uni. Take a sandwich.
2) Use my gym/swim membership at least twice a week!
3) No buying of random DVDs that I WANT....
4) Watch my 2 dvds a month from LOVEFILM instead of forgetting about them.
