Morning! Hi Zig! Just spent the last 2 days popping in and out to read and now I'm up to date!

How's it with your OH now? Hope things are better! You've made me think about my relationship because we're terrible for getting stuck in a rut and I can't remember the last time we spent really good quality time together. We're happy enough but I don't want us to get bored. I've told him we're going out for the day on Sunday, we're going to see Avatar and then go for a nice meal. No chores just nice things!

I'm intrigued by this pink star girl, whatever her name is! Where's the thread?!

Hi Birdie Things with OH are a lot better but I keep getting really jealous when he's talking to my sister which is irritating me but oh well. Good that it's made you think about your relationship tho! It's all too easy to get in a rut I think.

I went to my Dad's yesterday and told them about the last few months and how it's been crap and now he's being really nice and it's kinda made me feel even worse for some reason!

Presentation went awful. My brain has turned to mush and it should have been a doddle because it was only in front of 3 of my friends! But I just couldn't get my words out or remember sentences I had rehearsed. I just keep forgetting simple things at the moment. It feels like it's hard work to use my brain.

Cinny, you're nothing like LPS! You work hard and deserve every S&G/TIGI/ELF/etc thing you buy!

I feel really teary today. RubbishRubbishRubbish.

Aww Zig, sorry about the presentation. Have a good cry about feeling rubbish, get in the bath for an hour with some nice smellies and get a good nights sleep, try to put it all behind you tomorrow. Positive Mental Attitude!

That LPS girl is mad, I can't get my head around her! I thought she must be only about 17/18, but to be that naive at 22 (?) is crazy! She thinks you just get your pension automatically from the post office when you retire, but people who earn lots of money don't get a PO pension because they make too much!

Aw sorry you're feeling bad Zig - I know what you mean about your Dad though - if I'm upset about something and someone gives me sympathy it always puts me over the edge I'm sure the presentation wasnt as bad as you think, everything's magnified to you when you're up there in front of everyone.

Glad things are better with OH - is there no way you can avoid your sis a bit though, for the time being?

I burst into tears after reading Emsky* and Claire's posts! I think the fact that 2 people I've never spoken to bothered to post pushed me over the edge! But I feel a bit better now I've let it out if you know what I mean.

I'd like to think that the presentation wasn't as bad as I thought - but it really was! I was watching everyone else's and thinking 'I should have that, and that..' It's only 25% of the module tho so as long as I pass it's not too bad.

I only see my sister sort of once a week, she just rings OH a lot and stuff. She's irritating me cuz she used to be quite plain, and cynical and funny. And now she's out drinking a lot she's none of those things. We went for a meal with my Dad and brother etc yesterday and she came downstairs with tights and a top on. The top like barely covered her crotch tho so I told her to change and she got all stroppy. I feel like I should be on my 60s or something! I think it's that kind of behaviour that my OH doesn't like. He hates it when I'm too serious. If he was there he probs would have said 'she's only 18 she can wear what she wants'. And he's probably right but I didn't want her wearing something that short in front of my Dad (or OH..).

Sorry to hear you're still a bit blue Zig, wish I could give some good advice to cheer you up. I think when how your sister is acting with your OH is getting to you, you just need to tell yourself he's with you, and he loves you. And I doubt her flaunting her crotch like Lady Lohan will change that any time soon!
