No, it was proved in court. You don't have to pay tax on chocolate covered cakes but you do on chocolate covered biscuits, so McVities went to court and the definition was that when stale, biscuits go soft and cakes go hard. I fear we have gone OT (off topic) for this thread. Back to the bacon:j
