I also hear there are to be further job losses for them as well, there was something in the media today.

Hi Sharon
This is fine, and procedure, and do not worry they will work on your case in what they do have.
sometimes the FOS cannot receive all info if they are no longer held on the systems but they will take everything into account as well with what you have sent them, it will be fine, and good news as well that your case have been moved on to an Adjudicator, wishing you luck hun.:beer:
