Hi Sharon
This sounds pretty much like the normal procedures.
So what they are saying is Lloyds have not responded?
I assume then they will continue to look at your case from here, just let them know yes to continue, then what normally happens is if the bank ignores the adjudicators decision, they normally pass this on to the ombudsman himself.
Normally the ombudsman goes along with the adjudicators decision, so the bank must comply to the ombudman and his decision.
Do not worry, all will be fine, however I would double check to ease your mind by giving them a quick phone call.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Hi Sharon.
Yes its such bad news that isn't it?
However the good news I have today is that my hubby received his final decision from the ombudsman through the post this morning, in regards of lloyds tsb credit card ppi 2001, and its all in his favour, hubby have already signed and accepted and sent the form back, the ombudsman should receive this back tomorrow.
And the other news is that the financial compensation scheme (FSCS) have sent out a cheque payment today in regards of a company that dissolved over a year ago, again mis selling of PPI........:T:T.
And another letter from the adjudicator (FOS) in regards of another complaint against Lloyds they are still looking into it and we should hopefully hear something soon, fingers crossed..
Hope this news helps hun, better news than those of the outcome of the charges......

A BIG FAT!!!!!!!!!!£8.00 ? I ASKED FOR 11200.00 BACK CHARGES BUT, THEY SAY, THEY CAN ONLY SEE THAT A REFUND OF £8.00 COULD BE DUE TO US, ONCE AGAIN THEY SAY IN THE LETTER TO WRITE BACK IF I AM NOT HAPPY, I HAVE WAITED 8 MONTHS FOR THIS REPLY, PHONING AND PHONING, I GIVE UP:mad: THEY ARE GOING TO CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT NOW, AFTER BEING WITH THEM 21 YEARS, ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED IS MY HUSBAND LOST HIS JOB AND HE IS IN A DIFFERENT LOWER PAID JOB AND IS PAYING WHAT HE CAN, SO NOW I HAVE TRIED NOW FOR 4 YEARS TO GET OUT OF COLLECTIONS AT THE BANK, BUT NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BANK CLOSES THE ACCOUNTS, LIKE THE OVERDRAFT, AND THE LOAN, BECAUSE WE CAN NOT PAY IT BANK IN ONE GO? ANYONE OUT THERE HAD THIS HAPPEN, PLEASE POST, I APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT
SHARON666
This is Lloyds all over........, I have now opened a bank elsewhere away from these, they have not helped at all and do actually have a complaint that is being dealt with by the FOS as well, this is also in regards of the way we have been treated.
Like any complaint, think its best for the FOS to deal with them personally, keep at them Sharon you will get there.
