So you have learned something after months of defending this company and its rep at every opportunity. I suppose at least one penny has finally dropped for someone who (I stand corrected if wrong) is not actually a customer and therefore has no experience of this lot (as opposed to delivery services relating to ebay of course!).

To make it clear the only thing I have learn't from your posts is to not read them as much as possible. I am fully aware of how CPW companies work and was before I joined this forum.

Stay on your own moral high ground pretending you know everything and telling others they know nothing.

Why don't you just put people who's posts you don't want to read on your ignore list instead of just attempting to cause trouble with personal jibes?

Oh look I am being attacked by all those who don't like hearing the truth about their whinging.

How is that post from me you have quoted an "attack"?

It is you who posted the personal jibes!

Well you are the one telling me what to read or not read in post #93 and there are many threads with posts where mobilejunkie gets attacked for his rants (not just by me but by other posts) for postsing the same things again and again and running a personal vendetta against mobiles.co.uk and cpw. I have nothing against attacking dubious retailers but when it becomes repeitition and hijacking threads for his own cause it makes no sense.

Silk read post 77 - quote

"If he / she does get invoiced or charged - do not pay and let them take it court and prove a phone was delivered but its no way near that stage."

I said its no way near that stage.
I agree but it''s your scenario and yet you blame others for creating them ??????

The logic is very simple, the order was cancelled the day before, mobiles.co.uk insisted on enforcing the delivery the following day The OP is not liable end of story !
The phone was still in their control when the order was cancelled and yet the company tried to kid the OP that it was too late. I'm quite sure that the company should have sufficient systems in place to pull the order otherwise the rep wouldn't have suggested it could be done.

You and I both know that what they promise rarely happens and if you remeber the Rep swore black is blue on here that my contract was cancelled and as we all found out later they never did ;)

In some ways it is but the advantage was that I had the faulty phone in my control which I was able to copy the receipt to the Network of it's return.
As the phone is now in limbo according to mobiles.co.uk the OP does not have that advantage nor does the OP have any of the paperwork supplied with the phone

That may be so but the problem is that there are plenty of newbies who read these threads for the first time and have no idea how bad the companies are which is why these threads and posts exist.
I know full well that yourself and a few others get annoyed and frustrated by the same ground being gone over and consider it whinging but its not there for the regulars wh've got the t-shirt, it's there for the members reading about it for the first time.
Just beacause a member has read something a few months ago does not mean it's been read by someone else
It's not just about the money

Well if you wnat to help people point them to a particular previous thread and be done with it - don't keep harping on and on about it - thats my gripe and what annoys me.

It always happens - whenever you get a thread on mobiles.co.uk - we get numerous comments from the usual culprits, then the rep appears and it descends into another farce with arguments and jibes.

And the OP - well the OP is let down. 5 pages so far on this thread alone and most of it has nothing to do with the OPs problem which could be described on one page compelete with solution.

And I know you had problems Silk but telling people again what your problems in other threads is not helping - point them to your own thread and let them read your experience rather than going on a personal vendetta which I think you have against mobiles.co.uk (and again I emphasize I do not like CPW companies and I am not part of or linked to in anyway).

There are a lot of anti mobiles.co.uk threads. To redress the balance a bit, Ive had two contract phones and 1 pay as you go and theyve all been fine.

    Some hypocrisy here.

So far you have contributed more than 10% of the posts in this thread.

You could help out over this by removing your unhelpful and irrelevant posts which are really just jibes at others trying to help.

Better to "whinge" than mislead from a postition of ignorance and knowledge pretence. Better to warn those who (like most) don't do their research and therefore aren't familiar with how this dealer operates. Was I who was constantly attacked by you AND the rep and one or two others; now there are dozens attaking the dealer and few attacking me, as I predicted a long time back. The rep "appears" when he feels there is potential PR. He is here today, yet made no comment on another issue where he misadvised someone yesterday in a way where their cashback claim WOULD have failed if the poster follows his comment. Not that this dealer EVER declines a valid claim, of course - and you will know he doesn't (also of course).
