I did it! hyper.gif Thanks AnW's, I wouldn't have even thought of it if you hadn't encouraged me! Heart is racing but it was quite nice to be outside in the sunshine. Walked up to the post box and posted some cards I've written

Well done :) Fresh air I always feels helps clear the mind and bring renewed energy.

I have had a frustrating time, been looking at stuff on argos for SW's 3 & 5. I can't get there before Tues (needs to be by then to get the £5 off £50 spend) and can't reserve until tomorrow  for collection on Tues. Might be a late night as I won't get chance in the morning. Hope they let me reserve just after midnight for collection on Tues! Also might need to visit a store 17 miles away to get what I want.

Off to play with Miss A and then sort both of them for the next few days.

My camera is not working. It will upload the pictures I took earlier in the week but won't take any new pictures - this could be a problem. I'll list what I can for the moment - bored already, think I'll get the washing in.

All the important plants the we could get out have now been moved. Tulip bulbs and all the paeonies that are sprouting are going back to my mum's (and the alliums). Paeonies bagged up and ready to send off to Dusty tomorrow too... :D. I still have half a bucket full that need re-homing.

My brother took the pasting table, trestles and and old door, in case they need to do a car boot sale in the spring, and almost everything is now out of the garage and either binned or in the shed.

My parents have gone to look at the outside of my brother's new house, via the tip with all my garden rubbish.

I've hosed the worst of the mud off the path & drive. The dog could do with a walk, but she's had an upset tummy (god only knows what my dad fed her... probably cheese ) so I'm going to wait until it's dark to take her out, as there's no way I'll be able to deal with it!

House is filthy, so after my parents have packed up tomorrow I'm going to have to hoover and mop all the floors in order to get through the week! The dog is scared of the hoover, but I think I might shut her in the sitting room and do the hall/kitchen/utility now to avoid the mess getting all over the house.

    See you later...

I see that Valli and I had the same thought...great minds and all that!

I intended to go to church this morning, but realising i'd missed the usual bus hung around indoors for a couple of minutes and missed the next one (they're only every 15 mins on a sunday), so realising I'd be 15 mins late if I waited for the next one again I crossed over the road and went into the other town instead! Got a little fleecy blanket to save taking the one off the bed all the time, DH some new boxers, and some decongestants but that was it! Still, it got me out for a bit. I wanted some new boots but both the ones I wanted wouldn't do up round my calves, looks like it's clarks or evans yet again!

dusty - how annoying, is the memory full?
soappie - well done to dd, glad the nose is ok!
greenbee - hope the gardening is going ok, doesn't look like you've been on...what's the name of those bags again? Had a look in alders today but couldn't remember and there wasn't anything similar there!
lil_me - hugs for you and good vibes and prayers for little matthew and his family.

2nd load of the day (plus one last night so am all caught up) in the wm,

Since then we've been to in laws for lunch, I've updated my present list for Christmas as I had a few more ideas for other people. Still stuck on what to ask for for me!

quick question to all you clever ladies out there!

My friend says my godson (her son) would like a cereal bowl with his name on for Christmas, lovely idea but any ideas where I might get one? Thought it might be a nice prezzie for a number of children I know actually!
