Hi all I was going to post last night but felt ill, probably just shattered

Natty yes I have had it (and confirmed with bloods) very unpleasant thing, hope you feel better soon
zoe ((hugs)) must have been a gastly day for you, well done for standing your ground.
Agree about mousetrap, I can't play it with the boys when I am stressed
    ((hugs)) for sexymouse
ajmoney hope he gets somewhere soon
embb I thought you had bought your house? Sounds like you have been better off not doing it & letting them do all the major works.
pigpen if that is the case yes I think he should but agree with greenbee something a little more formal might help longer term
Penny hope your DDs toe is not calling her too many problems

Conference went quite well yesterday, bit hectic but ok. Just pleased it's done!

DS2s OT referal today, main thing we have discussed is working on his sensory issues, especially after she touched his leg gently and he reacted by grabbing her arm very hard saying it hurt...oops but she did it to see what his reaction was. She's a very good asd specialist who is amazing with the kids, she makes them the focus so much instead of the parents.

DPs event set up tomorrow from around noon then me and the boys are heading to my Dad's tomorrow afternoon, I need to try to remember which farm track it is :rotfl: going to have tea there for the boys while DP is out watching football, he's taken night off for the event. With the torrential rain/winds forecast I might pop some clothes in the car incase we get stuck there as it's about 60 miles away.

Stars so far, sorry just one for me :o so toots/soappie can I have one please, but I have been ever so busy. Our room is now done apart from the wardrobe curtain I need to take up (gave up on the blind idea) and some curtains I need Mam to make. I left DP to buy a nice light on Thursday, first time he has EVER chosen anything for the house alone & he did ok, it's nice.
One day I might be more organised...........

You dont live in Bangor NI by any chance do you ? My Mum and Dad live there (I am from Belfast, they moved to Bangor 6 years ago) and their local soft play place is called Snakes and Ladders. Just wondered.........

BTW we have mousetrap, its different to when we had it as kids, very annoying, they can't play it without us helping as the traps go off ALL the time and you need an adult with a steady hand to reset. Every time they nudge the board to move their mouse around all the traps go off. Its funny for 5 minutes then annoying, So just saying if you do get it be prepared to help loads!

    No, not Bangor...Oxfordshire! Perhaps they're a chain?

Thanks for the heads up on mousetrap...looks like I'll be playing it a lot!

    Hiya
No flying done today as we're painting dd's room so the place looks crazy and will do for a week or two. The plan is to get it done before DH takes children to see his parents the last weekend in November. I'll then spend the weekend sorting her room and the rest of the house out ready for a nice organised December (yeah right!:rotfl:)

I've just made 120 cupcakes for a cake sale DD has organised for tomorrow. She was going to make them but she's full of a cold so thought i'd better do them. She's very disappointed, bless her.

Right, supposed I could S/S if I really have to.

Hugs to all and special big hugs for tootles and LL xxxxx

    Congratulations soappie!

Thank you all so much for the vibes - I'm really touched! I've been inundated with people wanting to know how I did when I got home at around 6pm tonight, so haven't been able to get on here to tell you all, but (highlight below)

I got satisfactory with some elements of good!!!!! Very pleased and yes we did have wet play too!

The kids were great though - I thanked them all afterwards for their good behaviour and their hard work. After I got my feedback I came in after lunch and told them I passed, and they all cheered! Then, one of the naughtiest boys in my class came up to me, and said "Do you know what? We did it for you!" (I nearly cried at that point.)

Off to my M&D's for dinner in a minute, but couldn't leave you all in suspenders!

    sexymouse xx
