How is CD going?
Certainly am, I am getting itchy feet now as I only have budgets up to May... I usually have them for at least 6month after this month. However because of CD I have no ideaIts going well, still not down to my lowest before coming off it in Jan but thats fine. Now I am running and thinking more about the future the number on the scales isn't important as much. I am unsure when I will finish, I am hoping the end of May if I am good :A

Very true Beanie, but keep going :T0 -
Is there no way that you can go back to healthy meals on a restricted calorie amount and exercising without having to do CD? Would save you a lot of money and you might see better results doing it this way now?I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. Sally I would love to however because of certain things I don't think it will be possible, not yet anyway. The problem is my tendency's with food all returned in Jan and I felt awful and my mood was everywhere. I know I will have to one day but just now I can't. I also need to go through mantaince first which is a good 4-8 weeks anyway. I think I will be off the lowest plan end of May. Then I should be off CD all together by July? Fingers crossed0 -

Pap you are doing amazing, I am seriously impressed on how you manage to budget so exactly each month and sort your diet out at the same time.
Plodding works, it all adds up to the bigger picture. Keep going x :TThis time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
Fingers crossed x0 -
Thanks all for your kind wishes. Shoegal, thanks I knew I could but its actucally doing it. Even my CDC knew I could do it... Pen it is hard when you know you are bringing in so little and then spend nearly £200 a month on a diet but it can be done when I budget correctly
So postage was £2.16, £1.29 for a gift bag for mother's day and a card was £1.00. I overspent in Lush by 6p so that means I have £0.67 left for my £20 challenge thingie :j So I may need to steal some 5p's from my savings piggie for coffee in work... But we shall see
Nothing much else to add really, just plodding on. My bank accounts are now empty and its the usual wait till payday. I do need to do a SOA for this coming 'month' so maybe I shall do that later and add it here?
Anyways, keep on plodding all :A0 -
Do you know what PAP, you've inspired me once again, if you can find £200 a month in your budget for your diet. I can find it in mine for house/holiday savings.
