Ulster Bank Pathway Account (3.6% variable interest rate for 6 months)

I have no idea whether any bank is likely to fail, in fact I hope they wont.
If you read my post 198 you'll see my reasons for moving funds from Ulster. In fact I have simply moved to a similar account with a UK building Soc.
My reasoning is based on the fact that the bonus for 6 months in Ulster has expired, so there is no advantage to being there rather than any other account, in fact the account I moved to was was paying 0.1% more. Until today I couldn't be bothered to move it, but on hearing part of a radio 4 programme which suggested Ulster could fail I thought "Why Not?"This is an open forum, anyone can post and I just did !0
