Trouble is that I don't think I will meet anyone else now. I am 48 and don't go anywhere to meet anyone, so I get very sad when I think is that it for me now! Have I really had my last sh**, which makes it all to easy to think well he is better than nothing! Not that he has asked me back, but he made it obvious that if I was willing I could have stayed the night, and could do any time.

48 is not ancient by any means (quite young compared to me) and there could be someone waiting around the corner. Meet that possibility with your self respect intact.

Thanks SRM.....have already booked (with ehem....Virgin) but absolutely HATE flying so not even sure I can get on the plane on my own. I cry like a baby.

Thanks Bookie. I think I am just feeling a bit fragile tonight with everything he said to me. Even when he dropped me off, he told me he still loved me. Yet he doesn't want a relationship!

No,down Sukhumvit 22 way,but we did go to Patpong for "copy watch"...he peeped through the doors of a couple of table dancing bars but saw only what you'd see on any beach!
Have you thought of a fear of flying course Suze? VS do them, and get very good results.....what is it that bothers you about flying??

Tenmah, you're 48, not 90! Your life hasn't ended, it just feels that way cos he's been a !!!!!! to you all over again. Give it time, and try again when you're ready, but we may have to vet them for you to make sure they're not gits of the highest order as well. And yes, he may have been a good sh**, but that's all he has, whereas you have so much more to give.
