    Such a wonderful thread,which i want to be part of.
    Currently the situation is:

    £201450-Mortage as of 31/12/2008.
    will get a statement soon in dec 2009.
    on rate of 0.75% above base rate-capital repayment,monthly payment is 733.30. I have just increased it to 783.30(£50 increase) from dec payment.Target is to pay of £3000 of my mortage in the coming new year.Goal is to keep up the £50 per month overpayment and quartely lump sum of £500 to make it a grand total of £3000 by the end of dec 2010.:j

    My aim is to get the mortgage down by £10,000 by December 2010.

    Currently its £76,000 and we are on the base rate, Overpaying approximately £500 a month at the moment.

    this is addictive. :beer:

    Hi! Please add me to the MFW 2010 list!

    I have a MF target of 1st February 2010 by paying off the remaining balance of £9500 over the next three OPs. Each OP will consist of at least £2400 with the remaining £2300 sum coming from various sources over the next 3 months (including a further £1500 sum in this month's OP).
