    wonder why everyones peppa pigs got lost in transit? :rolleyes:

    Hi all

    Just to let you know, dont give up hope if your item was showing as lost in transit.

    Mine was showing as this on My Account page, I have just phoned them and as long as your item is still in stock online, they will re-order the items and they honour the online 3 for 2 price plus the £10 off.

    Got all my items today:-) How does a refund work do you need the delivery note? Was thinking they might notice and not refund!!.x

    We found that our item was £2 more expensive than on the shelf.

    Edited for being a fool.

    it was the free item.

    well, i had to take back an item due to it being faulty. I only purchased 3 items therefore one set of 3 4 2.

    I wanted to just get a replacement and the women said if they are in stock then fine she can order one as a replacement.

    My items cost £16.97 and £16.97 and £14.97. therefore the cheaper one being the freebie. The item i took back was one of the dearer items.

    She said that if the item was out of stock then all she copuld do would be give me the £2 difference between the dearer item and the free item. So basically i would have lost my 3 for 2 and payed normal price for the other 2 items.:mad:

    Thankyfully i managed to get a replacement so wasnt a prob.:T

    Dont know if this is all stores or just my store that does it like this.

  • I ordered 2 baby born dolls and a transformer toy on the 3 for 2, and when I went to collect them was told they were delayed and someone would contact me when in store for collection, that was last Thursday, so called them today to be told items are lost. They need to speak to head office to check that if I want to reorder the items then they will honour the 3 for 2, I am waiting for them to call me back. Hopefully they will honour the 3 for 2, this is my first experience with Tesco Direct, and hopefully will be ok.

    Anyone know if Tesco's plan to have another 3 4 2 offer on toys before christmas? Really regret not getting all my chrimbo shopping for the kids done:(

    How do tesco manage to ''lose'' so many of their items, why cant they just be honest and say, we oversold them sorry, do you mind waiting another week till we get more in and we'll still honour what you paid.
