just wanted to say thanks to the op, worked for me £24 for 3 prezzies.

hoping everything will be ok when they get delivered tomorrow. oh and i also got a text saying that the delivery will be late. they should have been delivered today but will be tomorrow instead, which is good for me as i was working today anyway.

I got a text earlier to tell me my order was delayed and wouldnt be ready on wednesday but would be there on thursday instead, which is fine cos im not going into town till friday anyway.

I am soooo annoyed! I too had texts stating that the order had been delayed and that it is out for delivery today instead of yesterday.

When I got into work I logged on to see the status and it said out for delivery tomorrow now? I called customer services to see what was happening and they said that 'the order has been lost in the system when it went to the warehouse (even though both she and I can see the order on screen), we will credit the money back to your card and you will have to pay full price as the 3for2 has now ended, once you have done this contact us and we will raise a credit.....'

She then went on to say 'gross magic is now out of stock so you wont even be able to reorder'

If anyone is having 'your goods are delayed' texts I'd advise you call to double check.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!
Gutted, I was ment to have my order come on Monday, after a phone call to customer services on monday they refunded my postage charge, bonus I thought, however today still no order. Just got of the phone to customer services and was told that I wont be getting the order and I will be geting the refund:mad: so P****d off.
Just got the email conformation and they have refunded me,
2 x Postage of £5.00 ?????
The £10 voucher and the price of the 3 toys less the free 1. So in effect instead of £27 refund I got £43 refunded:rotfl:.
Although I would have prefered the actual toys for xmas:mad:

Do you always get a text to say your order is ready for collection? My order was supposed to ready from 4pm yesterday, and its showing online as being at the store but i haven't had a text? I was planning on heading up tonight to pick it up, but don't want to bother if its a wasted trip.

I ordered on Saturday night for Tuesday store delivery after 4pm, then got a text on Sunday morning to say order was delayed and would now arrive tuesday after 4pm () then got a phone call from the store yesterday at 11am to say my order was there waiting for me. Going to pick it up later today

Maybe your store just isn't making phone calls to individuals. Try giving them a call before you set off
