I spent ages last night placing a great order only to realise I had no money in the bank .

No 3 for 2 this morning but the £10 off was still working, so called my mum and she got the Leapfrog Tag and a book plus she used her clubcard vouchers, so she was well chuffed.

Fab offer. Thanks for posting. Managed to get £60 worth of toys for £28. Had already finished my Christmas shopping for my two but my youngest has her first birthday in Feb so just got super organised for that! :j

I got my box of goodies delivered yesterday, and one of the items is not what I expected at all, much much smaller than it seemd on the website (and actually on the box it's in too).

So I need to return it to store this week for a refund......
but what happens - will I be refunded it's cost, around £15, or will the whole order be recalculated and I'll lose my 3 for 2 ?

Any one else know what happens in this situation.

Erm, maybe because the invoice shows 4 items were bought and not just 3?

just been to pick up my order in store and have my peppa pig spaceship missing... the very thing i ordered it for ...typical it was in a massive box so thought three items were there and opened it up when i got home and it not there anyone knkow what i should do..dont want to draw attention to the code i used lol

Exactly the same thing happened to me. The Spaceship is out of stock online too. I did ring Customers Services and they refunded me the entire price of the ship as a 'goodwill gesture' as it was their fault that the Spaceship was not delivered. I too only ordered to get this but I cannot really complain because now with the refund I still have 3 really good toys that I only paid £2.50 for.

i bought 4 because i have 4 small children to buy for not that i have to explain my shopping habits to you, but as 2 of them are siblings i wasnt sure at the time of ordering whether i should give them both mega blocks, so i ordered so i didnt miss the deal and i will make my mind up when they arrive / have spoken to their parents.

Depending on what the wooden train set looks like in the flesh that might get returned also if i dont like it or thinks its poor quality.

I can order what i like and return what i like.

As the item i am returning is NOT the free one then i should get that amount refund - if not then there is nothing lost.

Calm down and no need to shout at me.
