however got home to find that i have got someone elses invoice for completely different stuff to what i have bought.

wouldnt normally be too bothered but one of my is faulty so am going to have to return and explain the situation.

My stuff was supposed to be ready for collection on Monday after 4pm. Went at six and no order. Guy told me it wasn't in yet and said the computer was showing it should be there for 4pm??
Came home and checked my email and clicked on wheres my order link and it said, at store ready for collection. Going to email them today, well peed off as 16mile round trip to the big tesco.

When I ordered I bought a tag and 2 books but have since realised one of the books is not compatible, it wasn't the free one so can I return it for a refund? I haven't collected my order yet they text me to say it was delayed and would be ready this evening. Should I ask for a refund at the same time as collection or return another time?

The 3 for 2 has gone off now.
I had 3 games in my basket, it had 3 for 2 and the £10 off - decided to change my mind on one and by the time I'd added the other replacement one the 3 for 2 was gone! I did still get the £10 off for fisher price even though my items wasnt fisher price?!?!
(I added the code to my basket when I did have a fisher price toy in yesterday but changed my mind and didnt order, for some reason it kept it in there and automatically deducted it)

you should be fine i returned mine at the same time as collection, she was only weary of the free item so if its not it should be a straight forward transaction x
