well, i still havent been on these boards enough and am still slacking a bit! anyhow...I paid £70 off my credit card this week so its still coming down (very slowly) have recieved the notification that i am getting £26 from quidco so should be in my paypal account next week...i will transfer that straight to the overdraft as soon as it does.
bought a couple of tops this week, was still walking around in winter jumpers!!!! with the sweltering heat of the last few days, i felt i needed to slurge. £14 in total.
will be trying hardest to pay £50 out of next weeks money off the credit card.
did make egg mayo this morning for our lunch using eggs from our chickens, might bake some cakes later. do need to do a freezer and storecupbard month and use up what i already have!November NSD's - 70 -

I know how you feel about clothes. I just WONT buy anything but I havent got anything summery to weigh because I've put on about half a stone and nothing fits. Therefore I am trying to do the DFW thing and slim down so that I can wear my old clothes. Good luck with your debt.The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

It's so hard when something unexpected happens isn't it? I've recently had things happening and have lost a stone in weight so I've been buying (cheap and second hand) clothes to 'cheer myself up'. Have overspent quite a bit this month and don't feel any happier, althought I'm slimmer and have the most new clothes I've had in about 10 years!! :rotfl:

thanks tes and ruyareece, I am in the kitchen this morning trying to bake my way out of spending any money!
so far have made a mushroom soup and some cherry cakes. about to make a large chilli and flapjacks! I just have to get back on track!!!November NSD's - 70 -
