Appealing an increased parking fine...

My girlfriend had her car towed 2 weeks ago on a friday afternoon. She got the car back and parked it in the appropriate zone, only to return to her car after the weekend away to find it had been towed AGAIN. The reason for this was that it was left over a weekend and the parking permit had expired without her knowledge.…
