we exchanged just before 3rd March and were credited with one lot of airmiles on 3rd, no sign of the double amount yet. Should we wait until beginning of April to query it? TIA

The T&C's said:

**Twice the Airmiles offer is available for customers who have not previously exchanged Clubcard vouchers for Airmiles and is valid on one transaction only for vouchers exchanged between 02/11/09 and 21/03/10. Bonus miles will be awarded in a separate transaction within 28 days of standard Airmiles being awarded, standard Airmiles take up to 28 days.

So yes, I would wait until 28 days after you were awarded the standard airmiles before querying it. Cheers

I am confused...

Have converted £562.50 of vouchers which I make 225 * 60 miles = 13,500, then another bonus 13,500 in the next few weeks.

The first lot has hit my airmiles account and says (below).

Now why is there an 80 mile rate? Shouldn't it be 60 then another 60 in 30 days. Does anyone elses say similar?

I exchanged last month and it took 26 days for the extra miles to be added. I would just keep checking until day 28 before calling them.

Deals dispatched 23 March

Nothing in the post yet. Have been on the airmiles website and put in my email address and no record of me or an account with airmiles.

Having never exchanged airmiles, I wondered how long this deal takes to arrive as previous tokens have been on my doorstep 2 days after ordering online

The airmiles don't get sent to you like normal deals do, they go straight into an airmiles account. If you didn't already have one then one should have been set up for you, I suggest you phone up and get the details.

Give a few details and they will locate you on their system and tell you how to set your account on line.

Takes about 5 minutes.

Ours were credited on Feb 18th and the second doubles ones were credited last Tuesday, March 23rd.
