afternoon me dear! hope you're having a good weekend. sorry things have been a bit pants lately.

Hope you have a good week. Do you get time off for xmas? I can't wait to get a break!
  • Morning

Good Luck with the new mission. I too get all carried away and put to much pressure on myself as I think everythin has to be done now but you just have to keep plodding along and see where it takes you.

I'm going to try and get as many NSD in as possible this week as I need them but still need to get some christmas prezzies..... So not organised. I only have 4 and a half days left to work of this year and then im off for christmas, sooooooooo can't wait need the holiday/rest before the big DF push in the new year. Good start as I get paid on christmas eve and that has to last me till the end of December.... should be able to do it cause if i haven't got any money I can't spend it.....

Egg sandwich for lunch today and for tea I am going to dig something out of the freezer.

I had a bit of a lazy weekend :o my oomph has been zapped lately!

I think I'll be getting about a week off - it all just depends really, completely need a break from work though.

Do you get long off purple? I wish it would snow, at least then this bl00dy cold would be fun :rotfl:

Good luck with your nsds duckie, I'm not finding them too bad this month (maybe because I've been super organised with xmas pressies for a change :o) Ooohh, your talk of egg sarnies has got me craving them for tomorrow. Going to go hard boil some just now :) Do you get long off over xmas/new year?

Today I balance transferred everything on cc2 onto cc1. Once that's gone through I'm cancelling cc2. That way I've just got the two cards: one 0% till dec 2010 and the other on a bt promo rate (need to find out exactly what that is)

Money is going to be seriously tight over the next year, not what I really need when moving house :o and the only way it's going to improve is work, work work!

  • I have 2 weeks off from Friday and I cannot wait. Soo need a break from work. not had proper time off since June.
  • I had some holiday left over which I had tried to save since september and amazingly I made it so I have 13 days off over christmas so its 3 and a half days left for me and counting.

No news of snow from me its cold enough though.......

I've got a free lunch today at work and tomorrow my boss is taking me for a christmas lunch and on friday I have the office christmas do so I don't have to buy or take lunch now for the rest of the year. Amazing (and its only just accord to me)

Really don't want to go to work today as I feel like rubbish and now i have a ticklie cough but I must go as I have sooooo much work to do.

    On to Christmas........

Super jealous of your fortnights off, I still don't know what days I'm going to have off, think it'll be off on the 25th then back on the 4th, fingers crossed!

Any plans for your time off purple? Or will you be like me and just lazying about in front of the fire :D

Hope you enjoyed you xmas lunches/parties Duckie, I've so far managed to avoid any this year, not a big fan :o

Yesterday I won £25 on BB, was well pleased! Have to wait a bit before playing today what with the 24 hour withdrawing thingy and I don't want to play my winnings :) And I've also somehow managed to lose a few pounds (in weight :T) without really trying if I'm honest :o just another stone to go :rotfl:

Had a nsd yesterday but forgot my lunch again today, £2.10 for a sandwich! Really need to get properly back into making my own lunches. And should really get back to work, loads to get done today, oops!

no huge plans, relaxing by the fire sounds about right. I really need to get my tax return done tho (how exciting!) and give my place a good clear out as its just a mess.

well done on your bb win! i've had a few good wins there too its a great wee site!

Won another £20 on bb yesterday :) half-way through and I've made £65! Awesome :D

Urgh, don't even mention tax returns, I always leave mine right till the night before the January cut-off date. Luckily this year all the paperwork and what not is up to date so it should just be a matter of inputting all the info. You've reminded me to check that I've got my log in details though since they take about two weeks to get them sent out if I can't find them.

Long day ahead of me tomorrow at work. In early then back again after dinner, the joys!

I was so glad it's finally snowing here, until I had to take the boyf home earlier. Accidentally went a bit slideyways  got a "how to drive in the snow" lesson from himself after that and took the long way home as it didn't involve hills :rotfl:

Had a NSD today which was good but might end up spending tomorrow :( Have about £8 in my purse though which should last till the end of the week as the boyf is going to buy the perishables since I've bought everything else :D

Enough of my rambling, should really get to bed!

I've re-added up my cc/od debt and rounded up it comes to £7300, that's about a grand more than when I started this diary  due to cars and silly machines being stoopid and me not having a security net to stop me from putting it on the cards :o

Want that to be down to £7000 by the end of January (get myself out of the overdraft)

That's cc number 2 cleared, going to wait until the next statement to make sure it's all clear and there's no interest etc and then cancel it.

2010 is going to be the year that this debt gets sorted for good. I'm determined :D
