What relevance do the ages of your children have to your current job?
When they are older will this have more or less relevance?
Having children proves nothing at all - not even that you can reproduce, they can after all be adopted.0 -
As a married/divorced/married mother of 2, it wouldn't enter my head to put any of that on my CV, not because I want to hide it, but because I don't see what relevance it has on my ability to do a job....in the same way that I'd not expect to be asked about it at interview0
