great post, can someone tell me the games/wii that are on the offer, for some reason the banner doesn't appear when i go to games, but is there under cds/dvds

Such a rubbish choice last week, even less choice now, wven though there are new pre-orders like transformers (which i want) but there not included in the deal.

Just pre-ordered a dvd for xmas, but it says estimated dispatch time is 6 weeks after today! The dvd comes out on 7 Dec so I hope I will get there b4 xmas otherwise it's no use..... and I can't see on the t&c about the 500 extra points.

Thanks for all the great help on this one everyone. I've ordered 5 CDs and 5 DVDs - some will make good Christmas presents, and some I'd be happy to keep as presents to myself. Can't go wrong with 5000 points = £200.

£96 ish less £8 quidco less £5 voucher less 1% Egg money cashback = about £82 paid if all goes well

£82 for 10 new releases + £200s worth of vouchers. Great stuff!

I have just emailed the follwing to Tesco:-

I have recently ordered in two different transactions the latest Harry Potter DVD. I ordered them as part of your 500 Extra points promotion. I see that you have since added new terms and conditions to this offer and now state the following:-
Clubcard Statement Extra Points will be awarded for each unique title purchased from the promotion title range. Multiple purchases of the same title will not be eligible for Extra Points.

These terms were not shown at the time of my purchase, (I have a screen dump to prove this) can you confim that I will receive my 1000 Clubcard points. Thank you.

I will advise of any reply.

I have just had an email mailing from tesco and these are the T&C's for the 500pts with a pre release.

†† 500 extra Clubcard points (Extra Points) will not be shown in the online basket at the checkout. They will be will be awarded in the February Clubcard Statement. Extra Points will be awarded for each title purchased from the promotion range. In the interests of ensuring availability for all of our customers, this promotion is limited to a maximum of 6 purchases of the same title per customer. Multiple purchases of the same title above this limit will not be eligible for Extra Points. The Extra points promotion is for personal use only and Tesco Entertainment reserve the right to withdraw or amend this promotion where we reasonably suspect abuse of this promotion.

So yes you CAN order up to 6 copies of the same title and still recieve 500pts for each copy, order anymore than 6 copies and you wont get any points.

Thanks for the info Princesswoo...I ordered 2 Take That & 2 Leona Lewis cd's and would have been angry if I didn't get the points for each one.
