    Anybody successfully chased up and received points from orders placed on the old site(Pre Nov 5th)?? If so how...

    Emails and calls have not worked :-(

    You'd probably need to contact Tesco Entertainment for that - clubcard's records now only show the correct (May) statement points entries. Have the order/ref no available, and preferably when the order was placed - so they can see if it was within the offer period.

    Looking at some of the earlier posts, it's not the screen display offer that is important, but the T & Cs that go with it. One grabs your attention, but the other gives you the rules to follow to qualify. That is - if the order was placed too early or too late, no points. If the points are important always, always check the T & C s.
