I got my statement this morning and mine show under 'other points' . Well I assume thats where the 604 points is from!

I got my 4198 points today!! That will go nicely towards my hubbys birthday pressie. We are staying at The Hilton - Docklands, possibly upgrading to the suite, but definately river view.

Stayed last year and it was fantastic!!

There is no point in chasing them yet - they will be sent out by the end of the month.

I am also waiting on 1,000 points.

I tried to call them, first I spoke to the clubcard department who told me I needed to talk to Tesco entertainment. Then I talked to Tesco entertainment who told me I needed to talk to the clubcard department. I now have no idea what to do.

The same happend to me, I called clubcard and she said that she could see that 1000 of the 1500 were added but could not see the other 500. She said that I would see this in my statement that I have not yet received. They did not come in the vouchers that I just received though. She said they have had massive problems over the Christmas period and so they were behind with the points scheme!!!!!!!!!!!I would just keep an eye on this and make sure you get them in the March lot and if not phone again!

When a similar thing happened with the Mobile offer - the missing points appeared about a month later.
