I am worried about those plug adapters, though, they look a bit overloaded?

eta given my recent experience, I realise I am not in a position to comment on electrical safety!

It's ok I think, it might not be clear in the pic but one plug has an adaptor with three plugs in (and an empty gap for another plug) and the other plug has two plugs in its adaptor, normally just one. I think it's ok? DH thinks it is too. Thanks for your concern tho, I appreciate it! What was your recent experience? I think I missed it

Thanks for all your comments on the LR, I'm so pleased with the results!

    Oh.. !!!! !!!! !!!!ety !!!!...

I can't have the girls room plastered until I have had the leaky guttering fixed.. AGAIN.. this is the third time since we moved in it has needed doing.. and I don't think my uncle will do it!! I can't afford to pay someone again.. it was about £500 last time!! I'll have to consult XH about doing it I think.. I doubt I have much option here.. BUT.. it isn't for my it is for the girls so he may know someone who will do it cheap (or free) I have to knock ALL the plaster off and have the wall dry.. I may dry line it while I'm about it.. if nothing else it'll be a touch warmer!

    DD2's old cupboard binned
DD3's chest refilled and moved off the wet wall
DD2's computer moved to her room.. though she hasn't a desk yet... we need to ring Ikea in the morning to see if they have the one we want in stock.
    WM's unloaded
    TD loaded

off to make a cuppa before the school run.. :s

When DD3 gets home I need to sort through her clothes! And she can rummage the detritus from under her bed so I can stash stuff under there while we get carpetted too!
