    Have you been drinking enough?
I find if I dont, I feel very much like that :grouphug:

That is a really good point Jinky - I read somewhere once that people get more dehydrated in winter than summer due to not drinking enough - thanks for the reminder
Am starting to get stressed that I don't have a christmas plan... don't get stressed there is ages yet, if you are stressing start making a plan

"QUICK Question - My 6 year old came home with a letter from school yesterday asking for parents permission for them to handle a sparkler tomorrow.... am I being overprotective to think this is a ridiculous idea??? They have said that they will be taking groups of 3 out at a time, but I still think its a bad idea...."

Give the child a sparkler! Send gloves in, to protect the hands. Teachers will be mega-careful, and at 11, children wield their own Bunsen Burner in a class of 29 others.

DS3 was at beavers and all 30 of them had sparklers in the garden with just 2 leaders - gloves and they will be fine. I am sure the teachers are fully aware of which children will require more supervision with this.
Im not sure if you ment your worried about DD2 not getting enough iron and protein, if so feed her these fruits-

    [/FONT]

Am just finishing cooking for the day - making beef stew from the weekend left-overs, and waiting for a loaf of bread which I rather foolishly decided to make at the last minute (at 1:00pm). I've planned the meals for the end of the week, and updated my freezer inventory.

    I love this thread!!!

Thanks to everyone, and hugs to all who feel sad.
And an extra hug again for you, Zoe xxxxx
