    Afternoon

Been sorting out the garage all afternoon, I'm sick of sorting out, nearly all done now just needs another HH but I need a cuppa first.

Lolly - hugs for the babe, happened to all of mine at some point but it makes you feel sick.

Toots - well done on your amazon listing, I need to try that is it easier or harder than ebay? I've also finished what ever day had the smoke alarms on. Hoping to get the toys done and get the fourth star before the day is out. Kitchen will need a mega clean tomorrow!

pollybear - hugs, that is so sad.

Just flitting in and out - like the other teachers on here, I've been overcome with CBA for planning. I should have done it on Wednesday as usual, but life got a bit hectic, and so I've ended up with Sunday again. I've been on here hours, and am wasting time.... I'm going to have a cup of tea, then get on with it properly!

Hugs for all those who have lost someone. Never easy to cope with.

I have pottered today but no closer to finishing any of the lists. Must try harder next week. I have worked hard this afternoon with DS1 to do his homework and some reading and writing which is more important. His parents evening was a bit of an eye opener for me in terms of his erratic progress. It is clear that he really appreciates the support, and the recognition that he is trying.

Pigpen - A long way behind but IMHO it is only worth the suffering if you are enjoying the course. Which you clearly are not. I speak as someone who has dropped out of a degree twice - bored both times, and who got divorced in the middle of a masters (finished that!), and look at me now :p. Lovely to see you so much happier, and I am glad new OH has so much sense and taste!

Dusty - You dont need to take a photo for amazon, you just search on the ISBN and describe the condtion so simpler to list, but les predictable as to when it will sell. HTH

    Bravo, louboutingirl.

Phew! I have done six loads of washing today, ironed for 11/4 hours, hoovered and washed the porch, hall downstairs loo. Bathroom cleaned, bedroom tidied and cleaned, path swept, yard tidied, towels and bathmats changed.

    Tomorrow night I need to...

    clean downstairs loo
"finish" ironing, and put it away
    clean kitchen and scullery
tidy sitting room and dining room and vacuum.

    I need a lie down.

    eta

lolly hugs to the LO, scary!

rach don't bother, I have just complained to my local sainsburys and they could not have been less interested.

fedup do it! Those doggies need you, especially in a recession.

Pollybear - big hugs on your DD's loss

Well, DS's old TV is now installed in DD's new (to her!) bedroom. The last four boxes of DS's stuff has been moved to his new place. I had a little bit of a struggle getting him to put it in the - he said he hadn't got the room. I said I hadn't either and it's not my place to sort through them. If there's anything they don't want, bring it back and I'll dispose of it. And anyway, that was the deal when I went out in rush hour and the wet and the rain for him on Friday. He saw sense in the end...

So front room is beginning to look rather organised. Still some more to do but I'll get there. Also went foraging for food and roast chicken is currently cooking ready for DS and DiL to come and eat it about 7.30ish

I feel quite good about what I've achieved this weekend - oh and I did the admin too!
