*Really really realy bad mother alert*

Dropped my little lad (aged 11) off at the bus stop this morning, checked to see if he had his keys, he didn't so told him to go home with a friend then ring me to tell me where he was and I'd try to get home earlier. I then forgot all about it.

My husband got home this evening at 5.30 to find little lad couldn't find anyone to go home with and he'd been sat on the doorstep for 2.5 hours. 2.5 hours in the cold, dark and rain :eek::eek::eek::eek: How bad a mother do I feel right now?!? He's still warming up, poor little boy :o

No need for anyone to call social services, I'll do it myself. Not sure I should be allowed to ttc another!

    Evening all,

    Welcome to NZK83 and mirrorimage

Katy - how are you doing? I forgot to send you ((hugs)) last time :o

becs, thanks for the reflexology link. I'm feeling quite sceptical, had a look at the site and it talks about sucessful patients, but not unsucessful ones (as you'd expect I suppose), and also says how many treatments were given but not how often they were (ie they might have gotten pg in that time anyway). However I guess it can't do any harm and probably feels good.

I've been passed a couple of fertility books by my brother's partner (would she be my sister outlaw?), so I'll pass on any useful info from them if and when I get chance to read them.

Well I've been working at home today and as usual feel I've got no where near enough done, so I'm going to try to get somewhere with it all this evening. Think I'm wasting too much time thinking about TTC!

I'm on CD17 and its my OV day according to MMC, but my OPK was negative (I did forget to let it cool though - will this have made it void?). And BBT wasn't accurate as I slept on the wrong side of the bed (fell fast asleep after last nights session :D) so went to the loo before temping.

Courgette, you are a bad mum ! Only joking, I'm sure I'd have forgotten too lol. He won't have been home at 3pm surely? I bet he won't be forgeting his keys again anytime soon!

Rummer, sorry to hear AF got you. I don't know why this was your last chance, but you must be devastated if so :(

Lauralou, I'm sure no one will look down at you for being young - its good to have a mix. I have to say I am jealous though - I've been wanting to be a mum prob since I became an aunty at 11 or even maybe earlier. I do prefer TTC to waiting to TTC though, even if it is more stressful!
Proud to be a moneysaver!
