Good Morning Ladies,
Catwoman - I'm still sending loads of love and hugs your way. I'm sorry what you're going through and I hope you get a resolution soon. Good luck for today x
Mirrorimage - Hi  Welcome back to the board - I hope everything goes well for you this time round. I'm liking the sound of reflexology too
Smartie - Have you been saying something to my DH?????? When I got home last night, DH had actually gone into the Ann Summers shop to get something to spice up our session last night. I didn't even ask him too - and I don't think he's ever been to Ann Summers in his life . Well I can def say it worked and we had a great BD. What makes it even greater was it was bang on time my ovulation day :T
Now I'm going to ask something, so I hope no one's eating their breakfast! As this is our second month of ttc, I'm not used to DH "releasing" inside me. Now my first thought is that I want to get in the shower, but then I don't want to wash away any swimmers. So what do you ladies do? Is there a certain time period you wait before you have a wash, or do you just stay there with a spunky minge (I forgot who said that on here the other week but it's stayed in my mind :rotfl:). I know it's gross and I should prob ask this late at night
Anyway, now I've put you all off your breakfast - hope you have a lovely day. Hugs and sticky baby dust to all xx0 -
No I've actually just had my first ever reflexology treatment and wow! I think it has given me renewed hope! We've been TTC for 2 and a half years and because of the pituitary tumour I've put the blame on me for our lack of achievement! However the reflexologist advised I am in perfect working order! Said due to ov on thirsday! and has primed a release of more than 1 egg to help chances! (she did advise this could rsult in twins! Bring it on was my response!) Of course she hasn't met my DH or done reflexology on him so he could be the problem! If his feet weren't so manky (where's the vomit smiley when you need it!) I would book him in for a session as she said she could prime his testes!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
And for any sceptics out there whilst she was doing the treatment she stopped and asked what was wrong with my right knee, I had completely forgotten that I hurt it years ago falling down the stairs and only remember it now when it acts up if I've done alot of steps or steep steps! It flipping hurts now though!I think I need a new forum. I don't have anything to contribute these days and I'm feeling left out of the loop. I just don't know where I'd go...

SammyGirl personally I stay for as long as I can stand it(not a comfortable feeling!) and then go have a pee & a wash, tbh the stronger ones will be well on their way from the time of 'release' so it shouldn't matter how soon you wash but I do for sanity reasons & so think I'm doing all can IYSWIM hth x1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Thanks Fuzz - It's not comfortable really is it?? I managed to lie there for 30 min watching the tv, trying not to dribble onto the sheets as I'd only just changed them
Anyway, enough gross talk from me for one day. Gosh, that's a healthy looking testing list for the next month. We want a repeat of October's bumper crop so lets all write a nice list to Santa - or we'll let Jenny do it
Hopefully I'll dtd tonight and then I'm into the dreaded 2ww as AF is due 2 weeks tomorrow0 -
Deffo not comfortable...and I'm usually concerned about the sheets and how much washing I'd have to if I stayed in that position too long:rotfl: I can manage about 15mins before I give up lol
Testing list is very healthy this month:) I think we're all secretly hoping for an xmas bfp;):D
FYI My keyboard is playing silly beggars so if spelling is odd from now on it's coz I got sick of going back and correcting it all:o

Baby dust and hugs to all my ladies xoxoIf you can think it........it will happen0 -
So following on from my experiences last night, I've just read this that was posted on babycentre by one lovely lady. What do you guys think?
I just wanted to pass on my story just incase it might help anyone trying. We'd been trying for over a year and I was very desperate. I'd tried everything, ov monitors, loads of sex, cough mix, vitamins for him and me etc etc.
Anyway, I came across a website for "Mooncup" an eco alternative to tampons. It's a rubbery device which basically sits over your cervix at the top of your vagina and is supposed to catch menstual blood. Well of course if it will hold that then it will hold sperm. I ordered a small size thinking that would keep the sperm the closest to my cervix.
Almost spookily it came in the post the morning of the night I knew we needed to "do it". This was the day before I knew I'd get a peak on the monitor. Anyway the passionate event took place and quick as anything we shoved it up there. I then was able to get up and use the loo with no worry of stuff falling out, bliss! In the morning I removed it and was very satisfied to see a good sized quantity of semen that my cervix had been soaked in all night.
Well, I was overjoyed to become pregnant. I'm now 10 weeks and still can't believe it. I remember only too well the agony of trying and failing each month. I feel so much for anyone in this position and beg you to give a mooncup a try. Good luck and baby dust to you all xxxxxxx0 -
You'd think from the testing list that at least one of us is due a BFP!!!
COME ON LADIES....WE CAN DO IT!!!!! :T
To the poster who says she is going to leave as she feels she has nothing to contribute - DON'T GO!!! I often feel I don''t either as so many of the ladies here seem to know each other well and post regularly...but everyone is so nice and it does really help to know I'm not alone
So many people I know are preg/just had babies, it can sometimes feel like I am really unlucky..but it's not easy to conceive so we just have to keep ont rying and supporting each other innit!
On the subject of turkey basters...what exactly do they look like?..and isnt it a bit unhygenic to stick one up yerself?????ewww!
Still if needs must eh.......;)Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

Tell me about it! Thought with colder weather I'd have a break from all the expanding stomachs...but no apparently all pg women I know are too hot to wear a bloomin coat...selfish beggars:p:rotfl:
