HUGE ((((((((((((((((((((((((HUG))))))))))))))))))))))))))) to Catwoman. I'm so so so sorry to hear your news
It goes without syaing hugs to all those that need it - esp the ones feeling under the weather - Jenny, Tinks, Bitzer etc
Nothing much to report here. I am on CD8, and excited to use my OPKs from saturday I think. I've been slowly preparing DH as this month will be full steam ahead. Going away this weekend so hoping that might work some magic
PMA and baby dust to all x0 -
What a rollercoaster this TTC is - even after BFP - is it sticky is it not - glad katy and astro both got good news on their beans.
Me CD12 - first month using OPK - nothing showing so far - was expecting a positive by now, as cycle is generally 25 days. So leaves me with lots of unanswered questions.
Maybe the sticks are faulty, maybe I'm not oving. So went googling .... what a nightmare. Seems you can have LH rise and no ov or no LH and still ov. Also found out that after your mid-30's ovulation can be all over the place - even occur during AF.
So do I just bulky buy OPK and test every day???? And where does that leave us with BDing - can't be doing that every day. So confused now.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -

Make-it-3, I guess this is what they call "parenthood" a constant rollercoaster and worry even before you actually get there! Hang on in there, and for goodness sake, STOP GOOGLING!!!!! Awful awful thing to do to yourself!! Pure confusion is the only thing that comes from it, or you start thinking you have a million and one illnesses that you'd never even heard of before!:rotfl:

I did a test last night BFN I knew it would be but had to make sure before my reflexology appointment tomorrow.
DH & I have finally called a TRUCE in the hope that things will improve! Well had to really as will never get PG if we don't BD!!!!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::eek::eek::eek:
Shame really !!!!!:p:p:p
I am looking forward to using my daily OV test kit fingers crossed it will do the job and bring me the best Christmas gift ever!
Sending huges & Baby Dust to all you wonderful ladies xoxo :AIf you can think it........it will happen0 -
I have been feeling very "full" today so I am keeping my fingers crossed that something might be happening. Gosh I am swinging from yes to no every day now! Patience seems to be the one virtue I am lacking. So want to test now!!!!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0

Hello all. I've just been lurking for a while as I haven;t had chance to actually post anything.
It sounds like there's been lots of emotional rollercosters going on. CatW0man - I hope things go well for you (hugs).
I've also had an emotional time - but on an non TTC front. My cat has been getting very thin for the last few weeks and seemed very ill at the weekend. I went to see him again (at my parents) as soon as I had chance on Tuesday and could tell he didn't have long yet - although my parents didn't agree. Me and OH managed to get him to eat something and take his tablet, gave him lots of attention and got a few purrs. OH went yesterday morning at 10am to try to get him to eat and take his tablet again, after buying some special food on the way over, to find him dead.
I kind of knew as I'd rang OH from at lunch and asked if he'd managed to take the tablet and he just said 'no', but he waited for me to get home before telling me properly. We went to see him last night and buried him today - luckily I wasn't too busy so took a day off work. Not sure how I'm going to get any work done tomorrow though - just want to cry.Proud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -
just popping in to say hi :hello:
What a rollercoaster this thread is at the mo; sorry to hear about your cat Maddie and (((hugs))) wherever else they are needed.
Stressful day at work again but has actually made me laugh. I got told off about the state of one of my class's books as I knew I would but it seems my head of dept had genuinely forgotten I was off work for a month! :eek:She's okay with me now but it wasn't the nicest conversation I've ever had. Three others teachers in my dept had a huge barny to the extent that the Head of Dept had to take everyone in for a meeting to sort it out, then in a totally unrelated incident the Head teacher had a go at another teacher from our dept in the corridor in full view of the kids  Sooooo out of order!!! My two boys I had for detention have to redo their detention again tomorrow as they were naughty all the way through it (joy) and weirdest of all my year10s were actually nice and did loads of work!!! :rotfl:Must be something in the water!
Nowt else to report other than we have decided to start taking ttc a little more seriously this month, y'know crazy stuff like making sure we bd more than once a fortnight!
That's it, cd2: onwards and upwards!

Hi there TTCers,
Just wanted to pop on with a quick tip. If you can't afford/keep running out of folic acid to take daily, but like the taste of marmite, then 5g of marmite provides all of a TTC/pregnant woman's daily Folic acid. This is the amount I have on 2 slices of toast, measured with my digital scales for accuracy.
Just thought it might be of use to some of you.
Lots of Love,
Weezl x

(((((hugs))))) Maddie really sorry to hear about your cat.
Had another blood test today to check my hcg levels, they have gone up but not as much as they should in a normal pregnancy, I've got to go for another scan (not at the EPAC) to check for an ectopic - why can't anything be straight forward!!!! I'm in a foul mood today! I'm just so fed up of everything!0 -
