Hi Sammy, hmmm you've just reminded me that I have been my typical pre period self. Very grouchy and clumsy - even badly bumped the car on Saturday trying to park
Sorry Maddie
See, I'm being so grumpy - I'm starting to bring others down. I'm so peed off at work today - and I don't even know whyOh well, just another couple of hours to go. Hope you're enjoying your week off :T

Sammy-girl don't worry we all have good & bad days I have been driving my DH mad with baby talk and he thinks that I have gone crazy!!! at least I think I have settled down bit now. It is just hard when your AF turns each month.....I know that things only happen when they are ready and meant too but that gets harder to take as each month goes on............If you can think it........it will happen0

snap sammy, i'm having a really sh**ty day! just want to cry! I feel very alonegoing through this, even though I know I'm not as I have all of you fab ladies, but everyone thinks i'm being really strong, and I think i've just built up a very convincing barrier! abd to top things off the HR department at work are doubting my sick note from the doctors, considering the circumstances they're not being very understanding!! feel like punching someone!!
hope you feel better soon hun xxxxxxMarried June 26th 2009

Thank You. Hugs back..........it did feel like i was going mad for a while I am trying to calm down now and have started running again to stay relaxed the best way I can.
It is hard as hell though.......:mad:If you can think it........it will happen0 -
Its ok Sammy you didn't bring me down, just a sad face for bumping my car. Luckily the van I hit came out much better off so I've not had a call from them. My poor car has a cracked headlamp and popped out bumper.
Courgette I forgot to say - thanks for the pic - you both looked so happy! I hope you enjoy the pleasures of not having a wedding to organise!
When OH came home from his first try at lecturing this morn I went and PIAC, unsurprisingly it was a BFN no matter how long I stared at it! I'm trying to be really good now and not mention TTC for at least a few hours!
tinkwings good on you for the running, I've been about 4 times this year! I really enjoy it when I get into it but am too lazy lol. In terms of doing things to help TTC I am great on the no alcohol and folic acid everyday but really need to;
- Get more exercise (I read you should have 30min a day which sounds impossible at first but it's only 30min so surely I can fit it in somewhere)
- Eat more fruit and veg (we eat healthily ie no ready meals, wholewheat pasta and rice etc but have slipped on the fruit and veg since we stopped getting veg boxes when we moved house a year ago)
- Cut down on tea (I don't drink coffee or coke but love a nice cup of tea)
- Drink more water (following bitzers advice that you need to be well hydrated for lots of EWCM, and I know i don't drink nearly enough)
OK thats enough rambling for now - I drastically need to tidy up before my friend comes round. Luckily no need to cook - we're going for an indian buffet YUMProud to be a moneysaver! :cool:0 -
Best of british for your DH. I love that programme!!!
Confession though Hells Kitchen USA is my current fav, but Im biased because I love Gordon Ramsay (our puppy is named after him!)
Just wanted to post on the new thread really.... was hoping to see another BFP. I had a premonition about one appearing on thursday..... :S
It felt lik deja vu, but in the future... weird...
Anyway am still suffering (and making sure the world knows it LOL) with morning sickness, tablets from doc i think are starting to work, even did morning well cd this morning, was awful LOLWealth is not measured by currency0 -
bitzer, thanks for the info, i take diclofenac, and didnt know it had an effect on ttc.
so far i havent any pmt this month which is strange for me, or maybe i had it last week during the school hols, and didnt notice, cos its so stressful when both lads are at home.
for anybody that dosent know i have special needs twins that are 14 and hard work at times, love them to pieces thoenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -
:jNew Thread
Congrats to Courgette - You look fab!! :j
Welcome to Tinkwings
Hugs to everyone that needs one.
Nothing much to report from me really. AF has gone to back to trying
Had a bit of a sulk earlier when a friend of mine that got pregnant the day of or after my wedding told me that her due date is the day before my birthdayWas not really bothered by this but more hurt by the comments of others saying "we thought that would have been you" and then went on to tell me how it took them x amount of months to catch  I quickly reminded them that all good things come to those who wait and who said that I was even trying  (dont want the world knowing my business only you guys)
Anyway moan over.
no idea when ov will be this month as cycle was longer than normal. Going to relax and take it as it comes for the time being
Good luck to everyone and baby dust to all xxxx0 -
