Congratulations rach!!! :j
Don't think I'll be getting a BFP this month. My temp has dropped right down and I'm pretty sure AF is about to come a'knocking. Am going to test tomorrow morning if I've not seen her.You can do anything, make anything, dream anything. If you change the world, the world will change.0 -
Good luck bigbird - sorry I didn't stick to the no testing pact!
I'm currently terrified something is going to go wrong - particularly scared of ectopic pg, but i am a worrier. DH is worried about me even leaving the house as I'm so clumsy!!Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Congrats Rach :j Fingers crossed for a healthy 8 months
Not a lot of news from me
Not been keeping note of what CD i'm on but sure i can work it out later
Not really planning on ttc this month after all. Booked to go away now in Oct so looking forward to that.
DH currently a bit poorly with a cold sore (no offence but wont be going near him until thats totally clear) and think i'm coming down with a cold.
But if it happens ......;)
Big hugs to those that need them
Sticky baby dust to all xxxxxx0 -
hello all again....i seem to have most of the abbreviations worked out but what does DTD mean??....or is it really plainly obvious and im just stupid
quaver what is anovulatory cycle?.
as its only my real first month of trying and doing lots of BD is it worth buying OV testing strips/kits?.....cos my AF are irregular and the fact that we've gone a year already and no baby?
look at me with all my questions...sorry!
hugs for all who need them! (((((hugs)))))
Hi Lolly, I'm in the same boat, my cycle can be 7 weeks some times!
I'm using OV tests just to get an idea of when I ov and this is our first month of seriously ttcing (although been off the pill since last feb).
My OH works nights and so we don;t get the chance to BD too often and so I though knowing when I ov will ensure we BD at teh right time as I'm hoping that is the on;y reason why I haven't fell so far and it;s nothing more serious.
i think personally, until you can monitor and get a regular pattern there is no harm in OV testing and they are so cheap.0 -
Hi Ladies, just breifiy replied to Lolly before trying to catch up with all the news.
Congrats to Rach on the BFP and hugs to those that need them (sorry I'm useless at dealing with bad news, always say the wrong thing so I try to say nothing but then look insensitive)
Not much more to report here, still OV testing but think it won;t be til late next week. Me and OH having a romantic weekend away, tomorrow til monday. going to Hackness in Yorkshire, looking forward to it, just wish I was OVing to make use of all that BDing.
Re job: I work for the NHS and the maternity package is really good but I'm bored and ready to move on, my new years resolution was to get a new job but i'm bothered about leaving the NHS then falling pg and not getting same maternity perks......what to do, what to do..xx
Hope you're all doing ok and looking forward to weekend, lots of sticky baby dust to all...xxx0 -

Morning Fuzz. Last year I became a childminder - a great work from home job which fits in with my two. I really love working with kids and the paperwork etc to do with Ofsted is enough to keep my brain active! Would that be something you are interested in?
Congrats Rach!!!!! x0
