I too get way too hot at night. We have no heating on and atleast 2 windows open and i am still sweating buckets even with the summer weight duvet on whereas hubby used to sleep in the buff and now has a better collection of pjs than me haha.

Talking of balanced diets i knew there was a reason i bought two boxes of thorntons chocs from the grabbits bhs thread - one for each hand lol:EasterBun:EasterBun

    Afternoon all!

Trying to stay positive today. Received some bad news RE my job so we've decided for financial reasons to stop trying this month & if anything has happened, we'd still be over the moon. However, we'll begin trying again once I have a new job & I've settled into it. Easily said than done in a recession!

Just feel like I've had my hopes dashed. I really hope we got lucky this month!

sorry to hear about your job Red Rose, i know how you feel getting bad news about your job, it's really hard.

I also get REALLY hot the night before AF as a rule so I know she's on her way. Although this hasn't happened this month. I think this month is one of those random months your body tries to throw at you to confuse you even more. I've never had an af start like this, and I'm missing my normal symptoms and getting a whole new bunch.

    My brain hurts.

I'm in for a lonely week as well. Won't see DH till a week on Saturday. RUBBISH! Tomorrow I do not plan to get dressed!!! How naughty is that! :D

Haha twinklie i have several of those days, especially lately what with the bedrest and an attempt to get some pennies in the coffers.

Hubby always says in morning 'you wanna bath' and i reply no point im not shifting outta bed lol. All i need for those days is lappy and a steady stream of tea and im a happy girl, more so when i see how naff the weather is.

Well I was planing on not wearing clothes till MONDAY (except pj's and lovely dressing gown). BUT, my inlaws have invited me for tea on Sunday and as DH's brother, wife and little baby boy are going....I thought it would be rude not too.

They have also invited me for tea during the week as well, so I'll try and go on bath night and play tsunami with the lil one. He doesn't do splashie!! :D Apparently, thats just not good enough for him! :D

I love tuesdays for slopping around - all the other mad heads i know rush into town cos its market day, i prefer to do my shopping on a monday play dodge the trolley in the supermarket with the purple rinse brigade and then i know i have all the ingredients for the kids cooking lessons on tues so no cooking tea for me either. Gcse cookery(15yo dd) is the best even if a little basic and as my son is only 12 still doing basic cakes get pudding sorted too. Dodgy cookery teacher hass bodged it up this week tho as i have two recipes to get ingredients for but there both cakes. Have banana and oat muffins and carrot cakes to look forward to yum yum.

I hated cooking at school. I don't like cakes, we made them a lot. And when we made spag bol, she MADE us put mushrooms in it...I can't digest mushrooms!! So I never got to taste the fruits of my labour! Ha ha.
