    Your bosses sound like right t*ats :D

    How eloquently put:p:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I want to ov test to give us the best possible chance but as my cycle is all over the place I don;t even know the best days to test. I tested sketchily towards the end of 09 but it seems I never ovulated. I assume I was testing the wrong days. would it be ridiculous to test every day? It would be costly but I don't know what else to do. Will definitely sign up to one of those websites though.

    I kind of feel like we are just playing at trying at the minute as we aren't really giving ourselves the best chance, I hope so much to be PG by the end of 2010.
    It might be an idea to test daily to begin with until you get to know your cycles and when you're likely to ov then just use the sticks around that time...ebay probably will be your friend to begin with:)

  • Dusty if you coulnt the length of your cycle from the first day of your period to the next for a few months, then work out your 'average' cycle length, that will help you to identify when the best time to start ov testing.

    So for me, Octobers cycle was 31 days, then Novs was 29 days, so I just averaged it out to 30, and tested accordingly in Dec based on that. There are instructions with the tests that tell you how to find the best 2-3 days to test.

    I have been told that the Clearblue Fertlity Monitor is very good too, that was going to be my next port of call. I think its quite pricey, but alot of women find it very helpful.

    Just come across this while googling Zinc(couldn't remember what it was for:o)
    Quite interesting...well it is to me anyway:p

    Thanks for that, it's really useful.

    I'll have to let DH know that he needs to keep anything that generates heat off his lap - so looks like the cat will have to curl up on mine instead!

    I've had pains in my lower tummy all day. Not sure what they are. Probably nothing at all to do with my cycle, but now that I'm on the TTC wagon, I notice everything more!! :o

    Still no signs of AF, I'm trying not to SS as AF and pregnancy symptoms are too similar.
