Sorry ladies. Just read back through my posts. It sounds really self centered to put such a thing on this thread...given I know you guys would rip your right arm off for a bfp right now.

Truth is so would I. It's just I really don't want to be like my parents...it's my biggest fear (aside from going bonkers). And I'd hate for DH to miss a second. What will be will be and I'll be happy with either outcome I guess. Still, won't hurt to go and look at financial calculators etc to see if we could manage. I'm not willing for DH to give up his PhD either way though. He's worked far too hard!

    Happy New Year Everyone!!

Penny, that is good to hear! Sending lots of sticky vibes xxx

Sammy, sorry to hear about your job - can't see why you wouldn't get paid if the company's still going.

Right ladies... after 8 months of TTC I've decided to get a thermometer (although I AM GOING TO GET BFP next week;) )

Which one have you got??? (I'm thinking ebay) Thought I'd better order one now so it's here in time IF AF turns up!

    Hi,

I ordered this one yesterday: Clicky

    It's a basal thermometer, chart, 10 x Ovulation tests & 10 Pregnancy tests for £3.99 & £2.00 P&P from Amazon.

I spent ages looking for a good one, and this has great reviews.
I noticed that the BabyMad brand didn't get great marks. A lot of people said they gave very inaccurate readings...

    HTH xx

    Hi Ladies

A little update from me, you must be fed up of my constant worrying now..I am still bleeding but have to stay positive as hospital said yesterday I had not miscarried I am so confused though. I cant wait for friday for the scan.

Being a first timer I ignorantly thought the hard bit would be getting pregnant, I am quickly learning that is just the first hard bit next is keeping baby in and safe...

Hubby waiting on me well, luckily he works shift 4 on 8 off and is now at the start of his 8 off so lots of being waited on will I rest :)

    Happy BDing all :)

How am I going to get to heaven?,
